1. How exactly does the IHRS service operate?
We are a specialist recruitment agency. Once we understand your requirements we will match these to a hospitality professional - normally from India - who is ready to take up the role. We work to complete the recruitment process in as seamless way as possible to meet your needs and have feet on the ground as soon as possible.
2. Are there any requirements I must meet as a UK business?
You will normally require a UK Government sponsor license to bring someone to work for you from outside the UK.
3. What are the fees?
We charge all our clients a fee based on results and will guide you through this in a clear and transparent manner. Please be in touch for a consultation and to get started with your search.
4. What sort of extra expenses can we expect for a hire from overseas?
Our ambition is to deliver high quality professionals ready to deliver for your business. As such we ask that you make arrangements or cover costs such as the visa fee, flight tickets, meet and greet and at least one months accommodation.

1. What sort of positions are available with IHRS?
A very wide range. Can include but not limited to: Operations Manager, Chef Consultant, General Manager, Executive Chef Assistant General Manager, Bar Management, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Food Retail Outlet Managers, Sales and Marketing and many other hospitality roles.
2. How do I register with IHRS?

3. How long does it take to get a job after I have registered with IHRS?
This very much depends on the role you are looking for and your level of experience. We will agree an individual plan with you once you are part of our candidate pool.
4. What is the processing time for visa?
The current guidance is that this should take no more than two months, but since we are managing the entire recruitment process we take this into account in the successful candidate hire.
5. Do I have to meet English Language requirement?
Yes there are English requirements at IELTS 6.5, but if your degree was in English this can also qualify you.
6. What is the duration of my work contract?
We insist on a minimum contract of one year in order that all parties are protected from any disruption.
7. What category of visa would I qualify for?
Our main expertise is within the new Skilled Visa category and this is the visa you can expect to be issued..
8. Is accommodation provided in UK?
We request all our clients in the UK to support housing needs for the first month, which allows you to make your own arrangements after this.
